This work addresses the issue of automation in the adaptation of neural interfaces of non-invasive neuroprostheses on the limbs of the spinal cord-injured patients. The focus of the work is the development of methods for the optimal positioning of the EMG sensors and FES electrodes, which are the sensory and motor neural interfaces in a non-invasive neuroprosthesis.
